Scope of Services
Master Data Insiders provides a SaaS platform for enterprise master data synchronization, governance, and quality analysis. The platform includes the DataSync Core Platform, Governance & Compliance Module, and Data Quality Analyzer. Access is granted under a subscription plan that defines user roles, data volume limits, and support levels. We reserve the right to update platform features with prior notice.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You must not use the platform to store or process data that violates applicable laws, including but not limited to data protection regulations. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to promptly notify us of any unauthorized access.
Data Ownership and Processing
You retain all rights to the master data you upload. We process your data solely to deliver the services described in your subscription. We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. Data is stored within secure facilities and encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not share your data with third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim arising from the use of the platform is limited to the fees you paid during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility. This limitation does not apply in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
Term and Termination
This agreement remains in effect for the duration of your subscription. Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. We may suspend access immediately if you breach material terms, including payment obligations or prohibited use. Upon termination, you must export your data within 30 days; after that period, we will securely delete your data. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
Modifications and Governing Law
We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email or platform notification. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. This agreement is governed by the laws of Australia.
